SCIENTIFIC PAPER & POSTER PRESENTATION

GUIDELINES FOR SCIENTIFIC PAPER & POSTER PRESENTATION
(DEADLINE 15TH JUNE 2013)
The Scientific paper presentations are divided into 3 Categories :

Category 1 - Dr.Moideen Shah Chamba Memorial Scientific Paper Competition 
(Cash Award Rs.5000 each for UG &PG / Practitioner Category and Certificates for all participants ) Presentation based on Oral Medicine and Radiology /Oral Pathology 
Category 2 - Edudent Scientific Paper Competition 
(Prizes from Edudent for UG  / Practitioner Category and from Elem/Tokuyama  and Certificates for all participants) Presentation based on Prosthodontics / Conservative Dentistry / Periodontics
Category 3 - Ultradent Scientific Paper Competition (Prizes from Ultradent USA for UG &PG / Practitioner Category and Certificates for all participants ) 
Presentation based on Orthodontics / Pedodontics 
- Registration for the conference DENTISTRY 2013 is a prerequisite for scientific paper & poster presentation. 
- The number of scientific papers will be restricted by the schedule and format of the conference. 
- The scientific committee reserves the right of accepting /rejecting any scientific paper or poster without assigning any reason thereof. 
- The last date for submission of abstract is 15th June 2013
- The authors shall be informed about the acceptance /rejection through e-mail or phone between 10th - 30th June 2013. 
- Facility for computerized presentation will be available.
- Presentation must be in power point  format on a CD.
- Presentation from author`s laptop will not be permitted.
- The presentation will be of the duration of 8 minutes followed by a discussion for 2 minutes. 
- The authors are requested to strictly adhere to the time limit. 
- The poster should not be more than 4x3 ft size.
